Get Your
Property Management Hiring
Handled.

You're scaling. You need a property manager, regional manager, or construction manager who already knows the role — not someone who'll need six months of orientation. We place the people who run the properties.

THE PROBLEM

Why this hire keeps getting harder

Property management operations talent is undersupplied, and the generalist staffing firms don't understand the role — or the platforms your candidates need to know.

Generalists don't screen for PM proficiency

Most recruiting firms can't distinguish between candidates who know Yardi, AppFolio, or Entrata — and those who just say they do. You end up babysitting a hire who needed to hit the ground running.

Vacancy in a management role creates downstream problems — tenant issues, maintenance gaps, compliance exposure. The cost of a slow hire is real and it compounds.

Every week the role is open costs you

Mid-level and regional PM candidates aren't actively applying. They're employed. Finding them requires a network and an outreach strategy — not a job posting.

Office-to-residential conversions across the Chicagoland suburbs — Oak Brook, Downers Grove, and beyond — need construction managers with hard deadlines. That urgency requires a recruiter who moves fast.

WHAT WE PLACE

Specialized in what generalists skip

We focus on the operations layer of real estate — the people who make portfolios actually function.

  • Property Manager Placement

Mid-level to senior PMs for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial portfolios. We screen for platform experience, tenant communication, and the specific competencies your portfolio demands.

  • Regional Property Manager

For portfolios crossing 500, 1,000, or 2,000 units — the inflection point that demands a regional layer. We identify candidates who've already led at that scale.

  • Construction Management

Conversion project staffing with hard deadlines. We place construction managers with office-to-residential and mixed-use development experience across the suburban Chicagoland corridor.

  • Platform-Proficient Candidates

Moving to AppFolio, Yardi, or Entrata? We screen specifically for platform experience — so your new hire can operate on day one, not month three.

HOW IT WORKS

From intake to candidate in 30 days

A structured process designed for busy operators — not a lot of back-and-forth.

1

Discovery
Call

We learn the role, your portfolio, the platform you use, and what's made past hires succeed or fail. 30 minutes. No obligation.

2

Candidate Search

We go into our network and run a targeted outreach — not a job posting. We're looking for people who aren't looking, but would move for the right opportunity.

3

Screened Shortlist

You receive 3–5 pre-qualified candidates with our notes on fit, platform experience, and any considerations. No stack of resumes to sort.

4

You Make the Hire

Interviews on your terms. You decide. Our fee is earned only when you've hired and the candidate starts — not before.

THE COST QUESTION

How much does a recruiter charge?

It's a fair question. We answer it directly, because you're going to want to know before you fill out any form.

Our fee structure

We work on contingency — meaning you pay nothing until you make a hire. Our placement fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, negotiated at engagement. No retainer. No upfront cost. No fee if there's no hire.

What you're actually buying

The typical DIY hiring cycle for a property manager runs 6–10 weeks, results in 2–3 unqualified hires from job boards, and loses $8–15K in operational drift. A specialist recruiter closes this in under 30 days with candidates you'd never have found otherwise.

Bottom line: Our fees are competitive with industry-standard contingency recruiting (15–20% of first-year comp, depending on role and complexity). For a $65K property manager, that's roughly $10–13K — which is less than one month of vacancy cost at a stabilized 200-unit property. We'll discuss specifics on the call. There's no pressure and no surprise.
